Remote Senior $6.1k–$9.2k/moest.
Summary
SOLEUM is an AI-driven ecosystem providing decision intelligence, operational transparency, and relationship trust infrastructure for enterprises, governments, and institutions. The Head of Growth & Influence is a founding-level strategic influence role responsible for building executive access, partnerships, and market authority to help SOLEUM win in relationship-driven institutional markets.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify tier-one partners across enterprise tech, consulting, NGO infrastructure, and the public sector.
- Structure partnership models (integration, co-selling, reselling, co-development) and negotiate commercial terms, revenue-share structures, and exclusivity arrangements.
- Build and run the partner program from first principles (onboarding, enablement, performance cadence) while maintaining a focused, high-quality partner portfolio.
- Ensure partners represent SOLEUM with precision and maintain strict external narrative control.
- Establish and cultivate direct relationships with senior decision makers (CEOs, CIOs, COOs, ministers, board members, fund principals) through briefings, referrals, and closed-door engagements.
- Represent SOLEUM in high-level forums, councils, and private networks; map and manage executive relationship capital as a strategic asset.
- Design and execute thought leadership positioning for SOLEUM and its founders; activate non-traditional channels (alliances, convening platforms, anchor publications, sector councils).
- Convert credibility into inbound pipeline, partnership interest, and investor attention.
- Feed market intelligence into product and leadership decisions; shape joint value propositions, co-positioning, access models, packaging logic, and pricing strategy.
- Support leadership in structuring and closing flagship accounts and strategic deals; build a GTM motion across commercial, nonprofit, and public sector in parallel.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem development, or senior business development.
- Background spanning enterprise technology, consulting, regulated industries, or the public sector.
- Proven ability to cultivate access to senior decision makers across multiple sectors over time.
- Track record building partnerships or market presence from early stage to institutional scale.
- Experience working with or selling into governments, multilaterals, foundations, or large NGOs (strong plus).
- Executive presence and comfort in high-stakes conversations and board-level settings.
- Strong negotiation skills with patience, discretion, and sound leverage management.
- Systems thinking, political awareness, and narrative intelligence to translate complex multi-platform value for diverse audiences.
- Personal qualities: relationship-oriented, high integrity, discreet, low ego/high standards, builder mindset.
Conditions
This is a founding-level role with significant responsibility and upside. The first year is expected to be highly hands-on, building the function and team from the ground up.
