CRM manager

Gypsy Collective is seeking a CRM Manager with iGaming expertise to design and execute personalized communication strategies that drive player retention and engagement through data-driven campaigns.

• Set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns including daily, weekly, themed, and holiday campaigns
• Create and optimize automated communication flows with triggers, welcome sequences, and lifecycle logic
• Manage multi-channel communications across email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app, and messengers
• Configure missions, badges, tournament logic, Fortune Wheel, and gamification mechanics in Smartico
• Build campaign logic using Smartico Rules Engine and manage segments for personalized campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and segment users based on lifecycle stage, gaming, and payment behavior
• Collaborate with designers and content managers on campaign creatives and copy
• Set, monitor, and optimize campaign KPIs including OR, CTR, CR, Retention, and Reactivation
• Work cross-functionally with VIP, Promo, BI, Product, Content, and Support teams
• Participate in quarterly CRM roadmap planning and prepare campaign reports and presentations

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with Smartico platform including missions, badges, tournaments, segmentation, and communication logic
• Understanding of key retention metrics and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of personalized communication structures and mechanics
• Experience building automated and trigger-based campaign flows
• Proficiency with Customer.io, Braze, Smartico, or similar platforms
• Copywriting skills and basic HTML for email templates
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets preferred
