Learning & Talent Development Specialist Senior

Summary

PNC is hiring a Senior Learning & Talent Development Specialist within its Human Resources organization. The role partners on learning and talent development initiatives and designs, develops, and delivers programs to support business outcomes across the enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Partner and support key learning and talent development initiatives through tasks, projects, and assignments.
  • Support learning and talent programs, processes, and policies aligned to HR strategies and business outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and talent development programs for live audiences, in-person and virtually.
  • Provide stand-up classroom instruction (in person and/or virtually) to employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate effectiveness of learning and talent development strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners and collaborate effectively.
  • Drive innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Competencies: Accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, live instruction, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, project management, training and development.

  • Work authorization: No visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position.
