Summary
Phenomenon Studio is a full-cycle design and development company founded in 2019 that helps startups and SMBs build and scale products across Healthcare, EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, and Web3 industries. We are seeking a Business Analyst to support presale workshops, product development, and ongoing project delivery while conducting research and preparing documentation for new features.
What you'll do
- Write user stories, scripts, use cases, and technical documentation
- Prepare user documentation and presentations according to customer requirements
- Elaborate and decompose low-formalized user requirements, evaluate and rank them using MVPs, USM, and Impact mapping
- Create solution prototypes and test hypotheses as needed
- Consult and collaborate with the UX team to ensure usable and consistent interfaces
- Participate in integration, interaction, and API design
- Build user-friendly UIs and create basic prototypes using Figma or Balsamiq Mockups
- Support new presale workshops and onboarding to existing projects
- Support ongoing delivery and collaborate on new modules
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst position
- English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to quickly dive into subject fields and convert ideas into clear requirements
- Experience demonstrating and presenting implemented solutions to customers
- Experience with task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Confluence)
- Nice to have: Ability to model business processes using UML, BPMN, eEPC, or IDEF
- Nice to have: Knowledge of agile development practices and teamwork principles
- Nice to have: Understanding of DevOps principles and software development life cycle
- Nice to have: Basic code reading and understanding abilities
- Nice to have: Ability to work independently and build business analysis processes from scratch
