Mid/Mid + BI Developer/Data Analyst

Commit Offshore is seeking a Mid/Mid+ BI Developer and Data Analyst to work with company departments on business intelligence solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, developing Power BI reports, and providing data-driven insights to drive business improvement.

• Work with different company departments to establish business requirements for BI tools
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and suggest technical solutions
• Create BI architecture and provide time estimation
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports based on client requirements
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and Google Sheets
• Develop visualization levels and interactive dashboards
• Optimize and maintain existing reports
• Ensure data accuracy and test reports created by other BI developers
• Create technical documentation for BI tools
• Analyze and interpret business data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
• Present findings through visualizations and recommendations to stakeholders

• At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer and Data Analyst
• Proficiency with Power BI including strong DAX knowledge
• Deep knowledge of SQL and database optimization
• Good knowledge of BigQuery
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets formulas
• Basic Python knowledge
• Non-relational database experience (advantage)
• Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environment
• Self-learning abilities
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical staff
• Fluent in English
