PSP Manager

Aloplay is seeking an experienced PSP Manager to join their iGaming team and take ownership of the payment service provider ecosystem. The role involves managing, optimizing, and expanding payment solutions across multiple markets while ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant payment operations. This position is critical for supporting business growth and maintaining strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and internal stakeholders.

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle of new Payment Service Providers from initial engagement through successful go-live
• Coordinate collection and submission of KYC, compliance, due diligence, and contractual documentation with Legal and Compliance teams
• Oversee pre-live testing, issue resolution, go-live readiness, and launch coordination
• Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and PSP events to build relationships and gather market insights
• Identify and escalate issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Translate business and operational needs into clear internal tasks and coordinate technical integration with the Tech team
• Act as main point of contact for PSPs, managing communication and information flow between external partners and internal teams

• 2+ years of experience in PSP, Payments, or Payments Operations role within iGaming, online gambling, or related fields (Forex, Payment Provider, KAM)
• Experience working with multiple PSPs across different jurisdictions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with payment dashboards, reporting tools, and back-office systems
• Fluency in English and Russian required; additional languages a plus
