The Designer (Interior Design/Architecture) supports projects from concept through construction, contributing strong conceptual thinking, visualization, and design execution.
What you'll do
- Work on multiple projects of varying types and scales from concept design through construction.
- Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with interdisciplinary teams through pin-ups, workshops, and model reviews.
- Contribute to design development and visualization using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
- Support the development of construction documents for review.
- Learn and assist with project management, construction administration, and budget review processes.
- Coordinate with consultants and support building code considerations.
- Participate in client relations support and consultant coordination as needed.
- Assist with furniture/vendor coordination and selection processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 0–5+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio.
- Experience working with project teams from concept design through construction.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite, and Figma.
- Collaborative mindset with strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and interest in mentorship and professional development.
- Interest in 3D visualization (plus).
Conditions
- Hybrid work: three days per week onsite in the studio, with more onsite time as projects demand.
- Not remote; candidates must be local to one of the studios and available onsite regularly.

- Compensation: estimated $50,000–$80,000 annually plus benefits and bonuses.
