Automated Quality Assurance Engineer

QAtronic is seeking an Automated Quality Assurance Engineer to design and maintain comprehensive automated tests for complex business workflows. The role involves building test coverage strategies, implementing GUI/functional tests for Windows desktop applications, and ensuring quality through risk-based testing approaches.

• Design and build test coverage for complex business workflows
• Develop and maintain GUI/functional automated tests for Windows desktop applications
• Create and manage test data strategies using databases and ORM in Python
• Implement BDD frameworks (behave) for test implementation
• Set up clear, traceable test reports and metrics using tools like Allure
• Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation
• Apply risk-based testing methodologies

• 5+ years of experience in test automation or development
• Strong test design expertise with complex business workflow coverage
• Hands-on experience with GUI/functional automated tests for Windows desktop applications
• Experience with BDD frameworks (behave) or readiness to quickly adopt them
• Knowledge of databases and ORM in Python (preferably SQLModel)
• Familiarity with test reporting tools (e.g., Allure)
• Confident use of Git and code review practices
• Technical documentation skills
• English level: Intermediate+ or higher for daily project communication
