Dealership Parts Dept Manager

Diehl Automotive Group (Diehl Kia and Ford of Beaver) is hiring a Dealership Parts Department Manager to lead and grow the parts department. The role oversees daily parts operations, inventory, and collaboration with service and sales teams to deliver strong customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Manage the Ford and Kia of Beaver parts department
• Supervise daily parts department operations
• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems
• Control costs and maximize department profitability
• Collaborate closely with service and sales departments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Train, motivate, and lead parts department staff
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage returns/credits

• Previous automotive parts management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dealership inventory systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
