What you'll do

Oversee clinical operations across multiple care settings; implement and scale operational strategies for patient access and cost efficiency; partner with clinical leadership on care delivery transformation; lead performance improvement initiatives for throughput, quality, and safety; ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness; oversee workforce planning and labor cost management; drive cross-functional collaboration between clinical, administrative, and technology teams; manage capital projects and infrastructure improvements; serve as strategic advisor to CEO and board on operational priorities and enterprise risk

Requirements

15+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership at SVP or COO level; proven ability to lead complex, matrixed organizations with unionized workforces and integrated delivery systems; experience in value-based care, population health, and health system transformation preferred; track record of improving clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across multiple service lines; strong executive presence and communication skills; bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; master's degree strongly preferred
