Senior Full Stack Developer

Israeli deep tech company seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build cloud-native platform for monitoring critical infrastructure at scale. The role involves designing and implementing scalable web applications end-to-end using Next.js and NestJS, working with real enterprise customers across utilities, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will own features from architecture through production in a technically serious environment with strong engineering culture.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications end-to-end
• Architect backend services and APIs using NestJS
• Build modern, responsive frontend applications with Next.js
• Leverage modern AI tools and workflows to increase development velocity and code quality
• Participate in complex technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Own features from concept to production
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proven experience with Next.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and cloud architecture
• Solid experience working with AWS in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Proficient and up-to-date with latest AI advancements and AI-powered development tools
• Nice to have: Microservices architecture, Python, Dash, Performance optimization, Distributed systems
