Head of People
Summary
DeleteMe is a fast-growing global SaaS company focused on proactive privacy protection by monitoring and removing exposed personal data (PII) from the open web. The Head of People will report to the CEO and partner with the executive team to scale the organization through strong hiring, performance systems, and effective organizational design. The role exists to raise the talent bar, strengthen accountability, and build people programs that support rapid growth and high standards.
What you'll do
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define talent priorities, raise hiring standards, and improve attraction, assessment, and retention of high-performing talent
- Lead and evolve people programs including performance management, compensation, onboarding, benefits, and compliance with a focus on clarity and business impact
- Advise on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning to support growth
- Identify organizational friction, clarify decision rights, and evolve structure to improve speed, accountability, and execution
- Build talent management practices that strengthen leadership, support development, and address underperformance with urgency and clarity
- Design and maintain competitive compensation, equity, and incentive programs aligned with company goals
- Partner with Finance and Legal on headcount planning, payroll, compliance, and global workforce operations
- Own and optimize HRIS and people systems for operational scale and accurate reporting
- Lead and mentor the People team while reinforcing a culture of high standards, trust, and accountability
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Demonstrated success leading executive and senior-level recruiting and raising hiring standards
- Experience partnering with CEOs and executive teams on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning
- Proven ability to quickly diagnose organizational challenges and drive effective solutions
- Experience managing and developing People/HR teams in high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices; experience supporting global or distributed teams preferred
- Experience designing and managing total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, equity, incentives) and performance frameworks
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders through complex decisions
- Highly analytical; able to use data and market insights to inform people strategy
- Experience in cyber, privacy, or security-adjacent industries preferred; proximity to the Boston area preferred
