Assistant Designer

Happy Camp3r is a clothing brand focused on positively impacting individuals challenged by mental illness, with a strong commitment to social responsibility and mental health charity support. The Assistant Designer will support the design team and Lead Designer in bringing new collections from concept through production within a growing fashion brand.

• Assist with creating and updating tech packs for production.
• Support the design team with CADs, colorways, and Adobe Illustrator updates.
• Organize Pantones, fabrics, trims, and design references.
• Assist with sample tracking and organization.
• Help prepare materials for factory communication and revisions.
• Assist with line sheets and seasonal collection organization.
• Support with fit comments and tech pack updates after fittings.
• Help maintain organized design files and product development timelines.
• Assist with photoshoot preparation and product styling needs.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong interest in apparel design and product development.
