Summary

Golden State Warriors is hiring a Manager, Talent & Inclusion to help design, implement, and measure talent and inclusion strategies that strengthen an inclusive culture. This hands-on role partners across departments to deliver scalable people programs and track measurable outcomes, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent & Engagement.

What you'll do

  • Aid in the design, execution, and measurement of talent and inclusion strategies.
  • Facilitate learning through in-person, virtual, and digital delivery methods using innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate on people development programs (inclusion, coaching, manager onboarding, skill-building, career growth experiences).
  • Partner with People Operations and senior leaders to align learning programs with business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Consult with departments across the organization to align internal inclusion efforts.
  • Deliver new inclusion programs and processes (e.g., learning & development, mentorship, internship) ensuring end-to-end success.
  • Work with People Systems to collect and analyze data and feedback to measure outcomes and business impact.
  • Partner with Workplace Experience, ERGs, and internal stakeholders to promote inclusion within business and talent processes.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and sourcing programs to strengthen employer brand and attract diverse talent communities.
  • Support sourcing, development, and delivery of inclusion training.
  • Help develop employee-facing communications for people programs and support change management plans.
  • Monitor local sociopolitical landscape and support proactive organizational planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing scalable people, impact, and/or DEI programs.
  • Strong understanding of DEI and learning & development foundations, principles, and standards; experience selecting and implementing training programs.
  • Experience leading large-scale programs and delivering measurable results.
  • Internal communications experience, with ability to provide strategic counsel and execute tactically.
  • Ability to articulate strategic vision, work cross-functionally, and translate data into decision-driving narratives.
  • Superior project/program management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, CRM, and related platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Conditions

  • Full-time, onsite role.
  • Location: San Francisco, California.
  • Compensation: $46.00–$49.00 per hour plus bonus.
