Webflow Developer

KPI Creatives is a growth-focused digital agency building structured content and marketing systems for B2B companies. We seek a Webflow Developer to create scalable, SEO-optimized websites that serve as growth systems for real estate, construction, and technology clients.

• Develop responsive, scalable websites in Webflow from Figma designs
• Build CMS-driven architectures with Collections, dynamic pages, and filters
• Implement structured SEO best practices including semantic structure, schema readiness, and internal linking logic
• Optimize site performance for speed, responsiveness, and clean class structure
• Set up integrations with HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, CRM, Zapier, and other marketing systems
• Implement scalable design systems using Client-First or equivalent methodology
• Maintain and improve existing client websites
• Support landing pages and campaign builds

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Webflow interactions
• Experience building CMS-heavy and SEO-structured websites
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Experience working with Figma-based design systems
• Strong attention to structure, clean class naming, and scalability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Nice to have: Client-First or similar class systems, basic JavaScript, B2B business experience, inbound marketing knowledge, Webflow animations
