Senior Mobile Software Engineer

CML Team is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join the BSG Web team and build scalable mobile applications for a Retail Brokerage business. The role focuses on developing production-ready mobile apps that impact high-traffic financial platforms.

• Develop and scale mobile applications using React Native for commercial retail brokerage platforms
• Implement state management solutions using Redux and reactive programming with RxJS
• Optimize mobile app performance and ensure adherence to best practices
• Set up and deliver mobile applications from development through production
• Collaborate with web-focused team members to integrate mobile solutions with existing BSG sites
• Work cross-functionally with design, backend, and product teams
• Solve complex technical problems with a proactive, ownership-driven approach

• Proven senior-level experience developing commercial mobile applications with React Native
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with Redux for state management and RxJS for reactive programming
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications from scratch to production
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership-driven mindset
• Preferred: FinTech or Retail Brokerage domain experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Preferred: Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency for international communication
