PE Accountant Team Lead

GR8 Tech is seeking a PE Accountant Team Lead to manage the Private Entrepreneur HUB team. The role involves leading team operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing internal controls, and driving process improvements across accounting and financial reporting functions.

• Lead and manage the Private Entrepreneur HUB team, distributing responsibilities and conducting performance analysis
• Forecast human resource needs and plan team development
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws, staying updated on legislative changes
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls over PE Hub team work
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting approaches
• Conduct research on new locations and establish working workflows
• Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and systems for efficiency and compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and reporting experience with PE activities supervision
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards in corporate finance and PE activities
• Knowledge of tax planning and financial reporting compliance requirements
• Analytical skills for accounting data and trend analysis
• Knowledge of internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Up-to-date understanding of relevant laws and tax regulations
• Experience managing audits (internal or external)
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Leadership and team motivation abilities
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
• Fluent English (B1+)
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian
