Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Summary

Constructor.io, a leading product search and discovery platform for major retailers, is hiring a Talent Coordinator to support hiring across technical and GTM roles. The coordinator will own virtual onsite interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

What you'll do

Managing complex virtual onsite scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones with clear communication, communicating with candidates throughout scheduling including confirmations and rescheduling, proactively flagging risks and delays to recruiters, maintaining accurate ATS records and interview stage updates, following up on pending actions and surfacing blockers, and staying aligned with recruiters on priorities and interview volume.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing in-house or agency environment, confident calendar and stakeholder management across time zones, professional written communication skills, comfort with ATS tools and Slack, ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments, availability to work US East Coast hours covering EMEA and West Coast core hours.
