Summary
American College of Education, a mission-driven online institution founded in 2005, seeks a Student Services Manager to lead their Student Success team. This role involves managing the efficient operation of student services, ensuring excellent customer service to ACE students, and supporting strategic college objectives.
What you'll do
Interview and hire Student Success Coaches; supervise, train, and evaluate coaches with ongoing professional development; assign coaches to student retention and outreach activities; develop and implement advising best practices and quality assurance measures; conduct call reviews to ensure protocol compliance; manage escalated student concerns; assign and manage student caseloads for equitable distribution; develop team engagement activities; coordinate with Director on department policies and interdepartmental collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred); 3-5+ years supervisory or leadership experience; 3-5+ years academic advising experience in higher education; knowledge of degree requirements, academic policies, and student information systems; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with SIS, CRM systems, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Conditions
