Lead Generation Manager (noexperience)

Viso is a growing outsourcing company looking for a motivated Lead Generation Manager with no experience required. This role offers the opportunity to start an IT career by connecting with potential clients on Upwork and unlocking new business opportunities for the company.

• Search for and communicate with potential clients on Upwork
• Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and customize offers for each client
• Manage text-based communication with clients until handover to BD team
• Respond promptly to client messages and show initiative in communication
• Work with CRM systems and track results
• Collaborate with sales team and stakeholders to ensure high-quality lead generation

• English proficiency at B1+ level (written)
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Responsibility and result-oriented mindset
• Proactive mindset
• Basic understanding of IT field (preferred)
• No experience required - training provided

Compensation: Fixed monthly rate + performance-based bonuses based on KPIs
14 paid vacation days + 5 paid sick leave days per year
