What you'll do
- Follow and execute company commercial strategies.
- Review new products, assign locations, and manage store/warehouse rotations.
- Optimize the match between store space and product assortment.
- Support product replenishment and stockroom capacity.
- Analyze product performance, shortcomings, competitors, and trends to drive actions and results.
- Perform commercial analysis to implement actions that improve sales (e.g., Retail, Business Map, product reports, Teams communications).
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure a high-level customer experience.
- Communicate continuously with the Section Manager and collaborate with all store teams.
- Train the team continuously on commerciality.
- Support development of the store sales team and identify/develop talent with the Department Manager.
- Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention and health and safety regulations.
- Support store-wide tasks as needed for a seamless customer experience.
- Support approval/authorization of returns and assist with transactions as needed.
- Act as a store leader to support the team.
Requirements
- Knowledge and interest in products, fashion trends, and local retail market competitors.
- Ability to execute commercial strategy and maintain an attractive store image adapted to the client/customer profile.
- Strong analysis and merchandising skills to reflect brand personality and attract customer attention.
- Ability to collaborate closely with managers and store teams and provide ongoing feedback.
- Capability to train team members and support development of sales talent.
- Understanding of and compliance with health and safety and occupational risk prevention standards.

Compensation: Competitive salary with an annual range of $54,600–$57,900 plus discretionary bonus.
