Joom Marketplace is seeking a top-tier software engineer to work on mission-critical products including ML-optimized cross-border logistics, high-load B2B systems, and AI-driven internal tools. You will drive significant business impact by combining technical excellence with innovative solutions that improve user experience and business efficiency.

• Work on challenging problems including optimizing cross-border logistics through ML
• Architect and develop high-load B2B systems
• Build service infrastructure with AI agents
• Pioneer LLM-driven internal tools
• Make data-driven decisions grounded in measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with a high-performing, compact team to solve complex technical challenges
• Move fast through experiment, deploy, and real-time business effect measurement

• Track record of building complex, reliable systems
• Deep understanding of full stack architecture from infrastructure to ML-serving
• Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
• Experience with ML/AI-driven and high-load systems
• Expertise in system design and technical decision-making
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems typically requiring entire departments
