Accounts Receivable Specialist

Carrot is a global fertility and family care platform supporting members with comprehensive clinical programs and localized care in over 170 countries. Carrot Fertility Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage subscription billing operations, maintain customer account accuracy, and support collections to optimize cash flow.

• Manage subscription billing operations and the end-to-end billing lifecycle.
• Review customer contracts to ensure alignment with billing records.
• Maintain and update customer account information and billing details.
• Generate and issue invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
• Respond to billing-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support collections activities to help optimize cash flow.
• Perform reconciliations and data analysis in Excel to manage large datasets.
• Help build and improve scalable accounts receivable processes in an evolving environment.

• 3-5 years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
• Experience using Salesforce to review customer records and support billing accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas), including data analysis and reconciliations.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Preferred:

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with subscription billing models.
• Experience with YayPay, Zendesk, Jira, or similar cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
