Business Analyst

PayAdmit is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for payment systems and crypto-related projects. You will work across multiple phases of software development using Agile methodology and contribute to process standardization.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Write user stories in Jira and build processes/required flows
• Create diagrams using UML, BPMN, and other methodologies
• Prepare functional and detailed system design documents
• Communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels including leadership
• Participate in all phases of testing (system, integration, user acceptance)
• Create use cases, test conditions, and review output
• Provide weekly/daily status updates on services and work completed
• Clarify business ideas and standardize software development processes

• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and process diagramming
• Experience preparing functional and detailed system design documents
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and analytical skills
• Sound business acumen and understanding of recommendations
• Experience with all testing phases (system, integration, user acceptance)
• Ability to work in dynamic, changing environments
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities
• Capability to collaborate effectively within team environments
• Dedicated learner with software proficiency
