CrunchCode is a staff augmentation and outsourcing company seeking a Middle+ or Senior Data Analyst Tester to join a pioneering AI data agents platform. The role involves testing and validating functionality against real-world datasets to enhance semantic fusion models and provide actionable feedback for system improvements.

• Continuously test the platform using real datasets with query log history
• Provide structured feedback to improve platform accuracy, performance, and usability
• Collaborate with the team to identify system gaps and propose enhancements
• Document findings clearly for engineering and product teams to ensure actionable insights

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst Tester
• Experience with real datasets and query log history from Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data warehouses
• Ability to analyze query logs and validate semantic model outputs
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in English
• Nice to have: Passion for AI-driven data analysis and previous similar role experience
