Our work supports individuals who rely on consistent services, and our administrative team plays a critical role in making that happen. **What Makes a Great Scheduler Here?** Great schedulers are not just good with calendars \- they are: * Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change * Organized and detail\-oriented, providing documentation and follow\-through * Dependable and reliable, able to attend shifts as scheduled * Strong communicators who can balance empathy with professionalism * Comfortable coordinating between caregivers, clinicians, and clients * Willingness to learn agency and regulatory standards to manage scheduling changes fairly * Able to think a few steps ahead and anticipate scheduling needs * Positive attitude and ability to work well with leadership, clients, and co\-workers If you enjoy creating order out of complexity and helping others succeed, you'll thrive in this role! **Key Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate caregiver and clinician assignments to meet client needs * Communicate clearly with field staff regarding schedules, changes, and coverage * Respond to last\-minute changes with flexibility and a problem\-solving approach * Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in agency systems * Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams * Support continuity of care by ensuring coverage is reliable and timely * Manage scheduling changes in Wellsky **What We're Looking For** * Prior scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience preferred * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Comfort working with technology \- Wellsky experience a plus! * Reliability, consistency, and a team\-focused mindset Experience in home health, healthcare, or human services is a plus \- but not required for the right candidate. **Why Work at SummitWest Care** * Competitive pay: $19–$24 per hour, based on your experience * Mission\-driven nonprofit work that makes a real impact * Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment * Stable hours and meaningful work \- Monday\- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
