AI/ML Engineer

Ppower pro builds intelligent adaptive workspace platforms that help teams make better decisions through real-time workflow analysis and strategic insights. As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll design and scale the internal intelligence layer, architecting autonomous AI agents and creating data flows between the platform and external services. You'll work with a small, highly skilled team directly with leadership to shape a product used at scale.

• Architect autonomous AI agents that operate inside the workspace
• Create data flows between the platform and external services
• Develop systems that adapt to user behavior and improve over time
• Design interaction models between users, AI agents, and datasets
• Build integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, and cloud services
• Develop automation pipelines and backend services in Python and Node.js
• Prototype new features and test them with real users
• Monitor system performance and iterate rapidly
• Turn experimental ideas into stable product features

• 3+ years of experience building production systems
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with AI or ML-powered products
• Confidence working with modern language models
• Experience connecting multiple SaaS platforms
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js/TypeScript
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and vector databases
• Strong problem-solving ability
