Google Ads eCom Media Buyer - Performance Marketing

Boldwave is a multi-brand e-commerce company generating $27M+ annually in fashion and accessories, selling across EU and US markets. We're seeking an experienced Google Ads buyer to scale profitable ad spend across our high-converting product lines. This role offers complete autonomy in campaign strategy and scaling approach.

• Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Performance Max and Display channels
• Optimize Shopping campaigns and product feed performance
• Scale ad spend using preferred strategies and methodologies
• Manage multi-country and multi-currency advertising accounts
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maintain profitability against ROAS targets

• 1+ year of experience managing Google Ads with minimum $50K/month spend
• Strong expertise in Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and feed optimization
• E-commerce background, preferably in fashion, accessories, or health sectors
• Experience managing multi-country, multi-currency accounts
• Proven track record of scaling profitable ad campaigns

Compensation: $2,500-$4,000/month base salary + 10-15% of net profit above ROAS targets. Realistic total compensation: $5-10K+/month, uncapped.

Schedule & Location: Fully remote, contractor position

Evaluation: Paid 1-week test period to assess fit for both parties
