Python Developer

MoveUp Recruitment agency is seeking a Python Developer to join an innovative AI company developing conversational voice-based solutions for the restaurant industry. This role focuses on designing and implementing complex backend systems that handle real-time audio streams and AI algorithms at scale.

• Design and implement complex parts of the Python-based backend running on Kubernetes in the cloud
• Handle real-time audio stream processing and key AI algorithm implementation
• Build distributed architecture solutions with consideration for performance and scalability
• Develop and deploy production-level projects
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews as a technical leader
• Work with microservices architecture and containerized deployments

• 7+ years of experience in Python development
• Mentoring experience and technical leadership capabilities (tech lead or team lead role)
• Strong background in software design and backend development
• Proven experience developing and deploying multiple production projects
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Bonus: Architecture experience, gRPC, Async IO, WebRTC, and Ansible expertise
