Financial Monitoring Specialist

WhiteBIT is a global fintech platform with over 8 million users, creating blockchain-accessible solutions for the Web3 era. As a Financial Monitoring Specialist, you will monitor transactions and ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies using advanced blockchain analytics tools.

• Monitor transactions using Transaction Monitoring System to identify abnormal or suspicious patterns
• Conduct transaction checks using blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Crystal, and Elliptic
• Process incoming and outgoing transactions in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements
• Perform regular balance monitoring to maintain adequate liquidity levels
• Analyze trading activity to detect anomalies or potentially suspicious behavior
• Review accounts and transactions for compliance with applicable regulations and internal AML/CFT policies
• Handle and execute requests from other departments for operational support and coordination

• At least 1 year of experience in financial monitoring or related field with similar responsibilities
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Strong interest in the industry and willingness to learn
