Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native Administration)

DevBrother is building an AI-native administration platform and seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in modern AI tools and LLM integration. The role involves designing core architecture, implementing complex AI agents, and shaping the product vision as a founding engineer.

• Design and implement core architecture of an AI-native administration platform from scratch as a founding member
• Build complex agentic workflows that handle real-world administrative logic, decision-making, and automation
• Lead by example using AI tools to code faster and better, helping the team stay at the bleeding edge of AI productivity
• Work directly with founders to shape roadmap, influence product vision, and make critical technology choices
• Design clean, maintainable systems while moving at startup speed

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Proven hands-on experience with LLM integration: OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of AI concepts: fine-tuning vs RAG, tokenization, context windows, prompt engineering
• Full-stack capability with ability to touch frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Ability to design clean, maintainable systems while moving at startup speed
• Bonus: GitHub portfolio of AI experiments, blog/Twitter presence on tech topics, deployed AI-powered SaaS, active in AI/Open Source community
