Senior Graphic Designer

BrainRocket is a global tech company creating end-to-end products for Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing clients across multiple countries. We seek a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative visual projects and supervise design teams. This role focuses on creating high-quality promotional graphics and managing brand visual libraries.

• Prepare visual moodboards and collect design references
• Create top-notch promotional graphic designs using Adobe, AI, and 3D tools
• Review graphic materials to assess validity and appropriateness
• Scale brand graphic ideas into libraries of promotional images
• Supervise middle designers and vendors' artwork
• Collaborate with product design teams on UI principles and design pipelines
• Create and manage artwork libraries and style guides

• Minimum three years of industry experience working with creative teams in studios, preferably in branded graphic illustrations and visuals
• Proficiency in photo retouching, photography, AI image creation, typography, vector shapes, and logos
• Experience with photoshoots and scaling brand graphics into promo image libraries
• Expert-level skills in Figma and Photoshop with high retouching and color correction abilities
• Knowledge of core UI principles and product design pipelines
• Experience collaborating with product design teams
• Ability to create and manage artwork libraries and style guides
• Readiness to supervise middle designers and vendors
