HR Business Partner

Jasper is a leading AI marketing platform helping companies improve marketing workflows and ROI through consistency, efficiency, and personalization at scale. The HR Business Partner will support leaders, develop talent, and help shape culture by building foundational people programs in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.

• Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with leaders and managers across the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor on people challenges, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with People team stakeholders to design and align processes and systems with business needs.
• Support talent strategies and programs including performance management, career growth paths, and talent acquisition aligned to culture and growth objectives.
• Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance skills and support career progression in an AI-first environment.
• Build employee engagement initiatives that promote retention and foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyze workforce metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to inform people programs.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development interventions.
• Create and maintain systems supporting continuous feedback and professional growth.

• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of building relationships at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Strong understanding of core HR disciplines: performance and talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information with care.
• Strong project management capability and effectiveness at driving results.
• Comfort and fluency integrating AI tools into day-to-day People team workflows.

• Work arrangement: Fully remote; open to candidates anywhere in the continental US.
• Compensation: Base salary range $140,000–$165,000 annually (plus equity, benefits, and perks).
