System Administrator (Jira and corporate services)

Evoplay is a Ukrainian product IT company providing B2B solutions for the online gaming industry. As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining Jira and Confluence instances while supporting teams in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. You will also manage other corporate IT services including GitLab, LDAP, and GCP.

Platform Administration:

• Administer Jira and Confluence instances including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields
• Manage Jira server and cloud, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Crowd
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance

Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet specific team and project requirements
• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity

Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other organizational tools and systems
• Implement automation rules and workflows using plugins to optimize task management and documentation

User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality and best practices
• Serve as primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues

Corporate IT Services:

• Administer GitLab, LDAP, and GCP services
• Ensure proper functioning and integration with other business applications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar System Administrator position
• Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)
• Understanding of Linux system functionality
