Fast-growing educational services company focused on supporting therapists who empower students is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role leads recruiting strategy and delivers an excellent candidate experience while advising hiring leaders. The purpose is to scale the team with data-driven hiring practices that support the organization’s impact on students and schools.

• Lead recruitment strategies and deliver a superior candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing hands-on recruiting with thought leadership.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop effective, data-driven recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through advanced sourcing methods and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Track recruiting metrics, report on progress, and drive continuous process improvement.

• Experience: 3 years of talent acquisition experience preferred.

• Domain experience: Educational services and/or healthcare recruitment preferred.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage complex searches and consult with leaders on hiring strategies.

• Comfort with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
