Onboarding Manager (Banking, EMI / Payments Infrastructure)

GGT IT is a fintech holding building and scaling a payment ecosystem for high-risk industries. This role manages the complete bank and EMI onboarding process, from identifying payment partners to launching fully operational payment setups. You will be the critical driver ensuring every entity gets the accounts and infrastructure required to operate globally.

Onboarding & Account Setup:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and acquiring partners
• Identify and evaluate payment solutions aligned with client and business needs
• Open and maintain operational accounts, safeguarding/settlement accounts, and MID/acquiring & payment processing setups

Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare, structure, and submit full KYC/AML/Due Diligence packages
• Build complete corporate documentation including UBO/shareholder structures and source of funds explanations
• Draft business descriptions and transaction flow narratives for banks
• Respond to EDD requests and compliance follow-ups

High-Risk & Complex Cases:

• Work with high-risk verticals including crypto, iGaming, forex, adult, marketplaces, and cross-border PSPs
• Manage rejections, re-submissions, and escalations with financial institutions

Process Ownership:

• Join onboarding calls with banks and partners
• Track onboarding pipelines across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Ensure timelines are met and onboarding moves forward without bottlenecks

Experience:

• Proven experience in bank/EMI onboarding within fintech, PSP, or payment companies
• Hands-on experience working with European banks and EMIs
• Experience with high-risk verticals is a strong advantage

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and structured approach
• Deep understanding of KYC/AML and compliance requirements
• Confident communication with banks, compliance, and risk teams
• Ability to manage multiple entities, jurisdictions, and deadlines simultaneously

Languages:

• English (B2+)
• Russian (preferred)
