Full-Cycle Recruiter(Blue-Collar)

TechForce Digital is seeking a high-performing Full-Cycle Recruiter specializing in blue-collar worker placement for a stable, international company. This is a commercial, performance-driven role focused on recruiting and placing workers at scale with a proven track record of results.

• Recruit and place blue-collar workers at scale
• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines
• Work with existing clients and actively develop new business opportunities
• Run outbound activity including calls, LinkedIn outreach, and messaging
• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Maintain strict CRM/ATS discipline
• Move fast, solve problems, and close positions

• 5+ years of proven recruitment experience
• 3+ years of blue-collar recruitment experience
• Strong hunter mentality and commercial mindset
• Comfortable with high outbound volume
• Ability to manage large pipelines and fast processes
• High level of ownership, discipline, and consistency
• Fluent English

Schedule & Location: Fully remote with no fixed working hours; results-based evaluation
