Loan Processor (DSCR / RTL)

Park Place Finance, LLC is a fast-growing nationwide private (hard money) lender specializing in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR loans. The Loan Processor (DSCR/RTL) supports efficient movement of business-purpose loans from application through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth borrower experience.

• Process RTL, Bridge, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loans in alignment with company guidelines and investor requirements.
• Review and verify borrower, guarantor, and entity documentation (credit, income, bank statements, title, insurance, leases, corporate documents).
• Ensure all required items are received, complete, and compliant prior to underwriting and closing.
• Coordinate with underwriters, originators, and closers to maintain file accuracy and expedite turnaround times.
• Track and clear conditions efficiently and communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners.
• Review appraisals, BPOs, construction budgets, and rehab scopes for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous file organization and ensure documents are properly labeled and archived in the LOS.
• Provide clear, timely communication and service to borrowers and brokers.
• Identify and escalate issues or inconsistencies that could impact loan eligibility or timelines.

• 2+ years of experience processing private lending or non-QM loans (required).
• Hands-on experience with RTL (Bridge, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction) and DSCR loans.
• Experience completing a HUD-1 and/or settlement statement.
• Experience with business entity documentation.
• Strong understanding of business-purpose loan documentation and compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LendingWise experience is a plus).
