Project Manager

Qoders Family is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal product initiatives from planning to delivery. The role involves managing web development teams and ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations, with projects typically lasting 2-3 years.

• Manage project development from initiation to closure within budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Lead product development teams on long-term projects (2-3 years duration)
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects and address project challenges
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and task completion
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage web development teams including backend/frontend developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Plan and manage team member allocation across projects
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

• Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Strong knowledge of UX design and ability to guide design teams
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong presentational skills and stakeholder communication abilities
• Expertise in people management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Initiative-driven with proactive approach to improving outcomes
• Excellent self-organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Experience in project management, team management, and quality management

Schedule & Location: GMT+2 timezone (10 am to 7 pm availability required). Modern, comfortable office in the center of Lviv.
