Product Designer

CyberHarbor.tech is seeking a Product Designer to lead and own the Human Interface Design direction of new features across 5+ SaaS products. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, meaningful interactions while working closely with engineering teams on products that support national defence.

• Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that bring clarity to the product experience
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create simple, intuitive, human-centered products
• Defend design ideas before engineering and management teams to establish market-leading solutions
• Translate complex requirements and technical data into clear and engaging interfaces
• Contribute to and maintain a well-thought design system for rapid engineering implementation
• Create presentations showcasing current and future products, features, and capabilities for clients and end users

• 4+ years of work experience with focus on product design and UI across various domains
• Eye for visual detail in proportion, type, motion, and interaction
• Experience shipping digital products from start to finish, including documentation and presentation
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts through prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity comps, and presentations
• Demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills
• Willingness to take the lead where needed
