Marketing Automation Engineer

BetterMe is a global wellness ecosystem empowering millions to become better physically, mentally, and emotionally. We are seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to build, configure, and optimize automations, including AI agents powered by modern LLM technologies.

• Improve and expand automation processes
• Develop logic and prompts for multistep AI agents
• Integrate agents with databases and APIs
• Test, debug, and optimize agent performance
• Maintain documentation and monitor agent efficiency
• Strengthen AI expertise within the company and evolve solutions based on business needs
• Identify new opportunities for applying AI solutions across the organization
• Contribute to the development of AI-related processes and infrastructure

• 2+ years of experience with automation and AI tools
• Understanding of LLM principles, prompt engineering, and OpenAI APIs
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building production-ready AI agents
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / GPTs approach is a plus
• Ability to quickly build MVP solutions
