Summary
JF Media is seeking an experienced Media Buyer specializing in white lead generation for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will manage Facebook and/or TikTok campaigns, optimize for stable CPL and ROI results, and scale profitable campaigns across compliant funnels.
What you'll do
- Launch and optimize white-hat campaigns on Facebook and TikTok for the U.S. market
- Generate high-quality leads in white lead gen verticals (insurance, finance, home services, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
- Build, analyze, and optimize funnels
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI
- Scale winning combinations
- Ensure full compliance with platform policies
- Collaborate with designers, UGC creators, and copywriters
- Achieve KPIs according to the agreed plan
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in white lead generation (U.S. market required)
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of TikTok creative mechanics (hooks, retention, UGC)
- Experience working with trackers (RedTrack, Keitaro, UTM parameters)
- Strong understanding of compliance and platform policies
- Ability to scale campaigns with stable performance
- English level: Intermediate or higher
