Amazon Compliance Specialist

True Sea Moss is a fast-growing wellness brand specializing in sea moss-based health products. The Amazon Compliance Specialist role focuses on ensuring all products, labels, and marketplace listings meet regulatory standards and company integrity standards. This position protects brand trust by navigating complex compliance requirements across multiple platforms and regulatory bodies.

• Review labels, packaging, and product documentation to ensure compliance, clarity, and honesty
• Work with R&D, manufacturing, and brand teams to build legally sound labels and claims
• Support marketplace teams (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify) by reviewing listings and preventing violations
• Monitor FDA, FTC, and marketplace regulations and translate them into actionable steps
• Maintain and organize product certificates, lab tests, and compliance documents
• Participate in pre-launch reviews for new products and marketing materials
• Build internal processes to ensure growth remains compliant and consistent

• Experience with marketplace compliance (Amazon, TikTok, eBay, etc.), labeling/product compliance (supplements, beauty, food), or marketing/claims compliance (FDA/FTC)
• Familiarity with product certificates, COAs, and test reports
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory guidelines and documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Nice-to-have: Experience in wellness, supplements, cosmetics, or consumer goods; knowledge of DSHEA and FDA labeling rules; background with R&D or manufacturing
