REMOTE Clinical Trial Associate

Summary

Lensa is promoting a contract opportunity (via Actalent) for an Associate Clinical Research Specialist/Clinical Trial Associate supporting clinical evaluation research studies. The role focuses on coordinating and overseeing operational and documentation aspects of clinical trials in compliance with SOPs, GCP, and local regulations.

What you'll do

  • Oversee, design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies.
  • Prepare and author study protocols and patient record forms.
  • Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies for products addressing medical needs and/or commercial potential.
  • Interpret and oversee results of clinical investigations in preparation for new drug/device or consumer applications.
  • Manage and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials with project teams in accordance with SOPs, GCP, and country regulations.
  • Support preparation of clinical trial budgets as needed.
  • Support clinical supply operations, and assist with site and vendor selection.
  • Represent clinical research perspective within the region/country and collect feedback from local customers and authorities (as applicable).
  • Build and maintain effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive local evidence dissemination and awareness.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Trial Associate (CTA).
  • Veeva Vault experience required.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation and clinical trial processes.
  • Ability to work in alignment with SOPs and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

  • Preferred:

    • 4-year degree (plus).
  • Soft skills: willingness to learn, flexibility with job duties, positive attitude.

Conditions

  • Workplace type: fully remote.
  • Schedule: must be open to supporting hours 8:00am–4:00pm PST.
  • Job type: contract.
  • Pay range: $30.00–$40.00 per hour.
