Business Analyst

The role involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into product specifications, and drive product development in the programmatic advertising space.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements
• Create and describe features from scratch and manage existing feature improvements and change requests
• Conduct in-depth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain
• Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Participate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs
• Develop comprehensive documentation including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or BA combined with Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations
• Experience creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation
• Understanding of requirements gathering to design detailed feature descriptions for tech team implementation
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Willingness to work on product development and improvements
• English: Upper-Intermediate level and above (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is mandatory
