Content Lead

GenAI Works is the world's largest AI community partnering with companies like NVIDIA, Oracle, and Google. This Content Lead role owns the quality, direction, and performance of all published content across multiple channels while leading a globally distributed team of creators.

• Define and enforce editorial standards across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, website, newsletter and long-form content to ensure clarity, usefulness, credibility and high performance
• Develop AI-native content creation strategies using LLMs and generative tools responsibly while maintaining quality standards
• Shape content and distribution strategies for enterprise AI brands, turning complex technical products into compelling narratives
• Create world-class content personally including LinkedIn posts, carousels, video scripts and educational materials
• Manage globally distributed team of writers, designers and video editors through structured briefs, content reviews, quality control systems and performance coaching

• 5+ years in content, editorial or creative leadership
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn as primary distribution engine
• Proven track record building high-performing multi-platform content
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation and generative AI tools
• Experience working with enterprise or deep tech brands
• Exceptional writing skills with clarity and precision
• Strong visual instinct and design collaboration experience
• Proven experience managing remote, cross-cultural teams
• High editorial judgment and comfort with performance metrics
• Bonus: AI, SaaS or technical domain experience; personal brand building; community-driven distribution knowledge
