Picker

Emtek (part of Fortune Brands Innovations) is hiring a full-time Picker in the Production department to support order fulfillment and warehouse operations. The role focuses on accurately selecting items from storage, updating inventory, and maintaining stock flow in a fast-paced environment.

• Select and retrieve order items from storage locations using barcodes, serial numbers, and SKUs.
• Lift and move picked items and trays (approximately 15–50 lbs) from table to cart for distribution.
• Update stock inventory after retrieving picked items.
• Manage stock control activities including replenishing and storage.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.

• Preferred: experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Ability to interpret instructions provided in written or oral form.
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions.
• Basic English reading comprehension (picking sheets are in English).
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• Pay: Estimated hiring range $18.50–$19.00 per hour (plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan, depending on role).
