Human Resources Operations Specialist

Talent Groups is hiring a People Solutions Specialist (HR Operations) to support the People Solutions team managing global employee lifecycle operations. The role focuses on resolving HR-related inquiries and delivering a high-quality employee experience for employees across North and South America using a case management system and UKG Pro HRMS.

• Resolve complex employee inquiries via case management system and email by triaging and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage and track escalations in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide high-standard HR service and support to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with global People Solutions team members while following documented processes, procedures, and internal guides.
• Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a consistent employee experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cases and resolutions within the HR system.

• 4–6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Human Resources or HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with case management systems and HRMS platforms; UKG Pro preferred.

• Location: Fully remote (East Coast preferred).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Duration: Contract through August 2026 (potential extension or conversion to permanent).
