Interior Designer

Revive is a venture-backed proptech company connecting renovation with financing and selling to help homeowners unlock value. The Interior Designer will translate strategy and homeowner needs into renovation designs that improve customer experience and resale value while balancing aesthetics, functionality, budget, and execution discipline.

• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Production to deliver interior design solutions aligned with approved scope, budget, timeline, and aesthetic
• Translate homeowner preferences, lifestyle needs, and market considerations into cohesive design concepts that enhance livability and resale value
• Develop and present deliverables such as floor plans, layouts, renderings, finish packages, and client-facing presentations
• Prepare and maintain complete design documentation sets, including schedules, specifications, approvals, revisions, and as-built documentation when required
• Source, specify, and evaluate materials, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings based on scope, budget, and availability
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on availability, lead times, substitutions, and installation requirements
• Provide clear like-for-like documentation so completed work matches approved designs and specifications
• Identify and resolve design issues during construction to minimize impact on schedule, budget, and customer experience
• Communicate with homeowners, real estate agents, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates and clarify selections
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain accurate records of decisions and approvals in company systems

• 3+ years of professional experience in residential interior design
• Experience delivering full design documentation sets for renovation or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, materials, and finish applications
• Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD (required)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and scopes of work
• Experience collaborating with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors
• Strong time-management and project-prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred, not required)

• Pay range: USD 70,000–100,000 per year
