Integration Specs / Technical Documentation Specialist (Integrations)

KEB is seeking an Integration Specs/Technical Documentation Specialist to create clear technical specifications for third-party integrations. The role focuses on documenting API endpoints, webhook events, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in a Git repository.

• Create clear technical specifications for third-party integrations
• Document API endpoints and webhook events
• Define request/response payloads and validation rules
• Document error scenarios and edge cases
• Maintain and update documentation in Git repositories
• Manage branches, commits, and pull requests
• Ensure all changes are traceable and properly reviewed

• Technical writing and documentation skills
• Understanding of API integration concepts
• Experience with Git version control
• Knowledge of API endpoints and webhooks
• Ability to document request/response payloads
• Experience with error handling documentation
